The female main character. Chitose works for Hirose Appartment as a landlady in order to repay the debt her parents owed Haruma's grandfather. She is cold and gloomy due to her family circumstance, but shows cares to her close friends whenever they need her help.

Contrary to her appearance, Chitose is a closeted pervert and has a high libido, making her extremely sensitive and lose herself in pleasure over accidental contacts with Haruma.
