Keiko Maizuru

Inspector Maizuru Keiko of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is the creator of the special all-female squad stationed in Takenoko Kouban and thus served as their direct superior as well. She is fascinated by Nishimoto Haruki's talents and inducted him into her special squad and provided him with all the necessary crossdressing equipments.

Inspector Maizuru has a teasing personality with a taste for kink, which makes Nishimoto especially fearful of her. The other members of the "Takenoko Kouban Kaguya Squad" also tend to be confused at times over her intentions in the (usually) strange assignments she handed to them.

Inspector Maizuru is proficient in karate.
