Sumia is part of the Shepherds, a militia led by Ylisse's prince Chrom, whom she adores. She is a Pegasus Knight who is extremely fond of animals and fortune telling. In the battle at the Longfort, she saves Chrom from enemy soldiers. In the official comic, she uses flower fortune telling to ask for Chrom's safety.
