A refugee that was picked up by Ping Xiang Lou restaurant (a very popular Dim Sum restaurant in Chang An) and had worked there since then.


After the incident that burned down the whole restaurant along with all its workers, Dou decided to follow Li Chang Ge and becomes her apprentice.
