Shun Moritsuka is a detective working for the Musashino Police. He became a detective because he wanted to be like a certain Interpol inspector. He loves anime and games and has a childish, immature personality. When the conversation topic is on the otaku end, he gets excited and loses sight of himself.


He is one of the victims in the "256 Incident."
