Tama Inubouzaki

As a magical girl, Tama (spelled with different characters compared to her real name) is a part of Team Ruler, alongside Ruler, Swim Swim, and the Peaky Angels Minael and Yunael. She has dog ears and a tail, and her costume consists of a hooded capelet, oversized paw gloves and black and white polka-dot tights resembling a dalmatian's coat, plus a pet collar and leash given to her by Ruler.
Much like in her homelife, Tama is often undermined by Ruler for her ability - to create holes in any surface she scratches - which doesn't have many practical uses, and for being overly-affectionate towards her boss. Still, Tama enjoys her teammates' company, and was even overjoyed when Ruler disrespectfully gave her the leash - a gesture which Tama perceived to be an act of kindness.
Tama is often seen with a vacant expression leading Swim Swim to feel sorry for her and give her affectionate pats on the head, although in reality Tama is just spacing-out as she processes everything going on around her. Tama and Swim Swim are very close, with the former giving the latter the nickname Swim-chan (localized to just "Swim" in Yen Press's English translation of the novels, and as "Swimmy" in the anime's English dub).
Tama is extremely cowardly, fleeing when she witnesses Snow White and La Pucelle practicing poses in the magical chat room during the events of Magical Girl Tropes and again upon first seeing Hardgore Alice during Magical Girl Raising Project.
Not fully understanding the ramifications of Swim Swim's plan, Tama goes along with Team Ruler's coup d'état and causes Ruler's death by transferring magical candies so that Ruler has the lowest count when it comes time for elimination. While Swim Swim watches Ruler die and the Peaky Angels hurl jeers at Sanae Mukuou's corpse, Tama is the only one to mourn their former-leader.
Tama often goes along with her teammates' plans, such-as the assassination of Ruler, the purchasing of a magical item at the cost of her own lifespan and Minael's plan to kill Hardgore Alice.
Tama possesses an invisibility cloak gifted to her by Swim Swim. In theory, the cloak pairs well with Tama's magic, allowing her to ambush opponents to strike them with her claws. However, due to Tama's cowardice and reluctance to fight on moral grounds, she never uses the cloak to its full potential.
Despite being the weakest of the 16 magical girls, Tama successfully kills Musician of the Forest, Cranberry while the latter is distracted upon finding out that Swim Swim is a child. As the death game's win condition had been changed so that only the final four magical girls will survive, Tama becomes one of the winners alongside Snow White, Ripple and Swim Swim.
Although Tama technically survives the selection exam, she is killed by Swim Swim almost immediately after Cranberry's defeat. Tama glimpses Swim Swim's human form, Ayana Sakanagi, which violates one of Ruler's specific rules for her subordinates. Swim Swim, in her desire to emulate Ruler's leadership to the letter, slashes Tama's throat with the polearm that Tama bought for her. She is the 13th girl to die in Magical Girl Raising Project.
In It Happens From Time to Tama, it is revealed that she achieved the highest level and maxed-out her stats in the Magical Girl Raising Project mobile game. This fact, along with her ability aiding in studying soil and finding ammonite fossils, earns Tama Inubouzaki the respect of one of her classmates who was reluctantly paired up with her for a school assignment.
