Asano is the main protagonist of the story. He has been a smoker for years.

He has been mistaken for a hard worker at his job, so his coworkers see him as a reliability, constantly asking him to work overtime.

Whenever he has a break from his job, he goes to the smoking area. The cigarette brand he smokes makes Tabako appear.
