Kayoko is Sunred's girlfriend. She works at an insurance firm and is the breadwinner of the home, often giving Sunred money, only for him to waste it playing pachinko.

Despite their constant bickering, she truly loves Sunred—no matter how much he may annoy her.

Much to Sunred's chagrin, she gets along well with his archenemy General Vamp and they often talk about housekeeping and recipes, with her often comparing him to Sunred.
