Fukusen acts as an assistant to Koharu Hondoumachi, giving her the nickname "Paisen" (senpai backwards). At first, he thinks of her as clumsy (for she accidentally hit him with her car), but is wary of her intensity at tracking killers, denying her offer to carry a gun.
