He appears in the chapter "Even if We Get Wet in the Rain", when he visits Hisako's store to request the restoration of an item. He is very dramatic and flirts with Hisako a lot, to Yato's displeasure. His use of English phrases leads Hisako to believe that he is a foreigner.
