Yuu is the spirit responsible for the curse over the Furumidou family.

Origin of the curse:

Yuu got romantically involved with Haruhisa's father, Harunaga Furumidou. However, being the daughter of a samurai, she was cast aside in favor of a girl of noble origin.Yuu and Harunaga's relationship produced a child, whom Yuu feels is the rightful heir to the Furumidou family — not the current bloodline, which descended from the marriage between Harunaga and the noble girl.
