He is the pimp whom Ian had been sold to by Kylie's mother. He is implied to be suffering from an incurable, transmissible disease that he passed on to Kylie, which caused her death. He also states that he had slept with Ian back then, and "hopes that [Ian] hasn't had symptoms yet".
