Reiko is Kaoruko's mother and Yukariko's daughter. She vanished shortly after Kaoruko was born, so the next time Kaoruko hears anything about her is when Kaname reveals that Reiko is the pwerful Witch Queen, the leader of a worldwide coven of black witches, and had had to seal herself away and transfer her power to Kaoruko.
