Sylvia is a black witch and the Witch Queen's right hand, assigned to stand in for the Witch Queen during her absences. She is privy to more information about the Queen's disappearance and Kaoruko's situation than the rest of the coven, and leads the faction that supports the Witch Queen exercising unlimited authority (opposing Isandra's faction).
