Rakamu is the first, and oldest, of the dragon siblings created by Tiamat. He was exiled to a cave after Marduk defeated Tiamat in battle, bound with ropes of sacred fire and doomed to rot in his own poisonous blood. Millennia later, he is freed by Maruu and gives him two of his own eyes as thanks, granting him the ability to see. He is considered the strongest dragon of all his siblings, and has powers centered around water.
