Norito is a 17-year-old high school student who keeps to himself because he attracts evil spirits which hurt the ones around him. After meeting Koma, he learns about his past life and that the birthmark on his chest, which was proof of the contract between him and Koma, was what both protected him and drew spirits to him. Although he initially tells Koma to die in order to break this contract, Norito reconsiders and decides to take responsibility for establishing it in the first place. Eventually, he ends up housing all the remaining dragon siblings in his tiny apartment.
