She is described as having "fluffy, cobalt green hair, with a beast's ears of the same color poking through the tufts, and a long, kinked tail sprouting form the small of her back." While working, she is usually dressed in a postal worker's uniform.

She is kind but can be sneaky and underhanded if the need arises. She often schemes with Eruka ways to get Allan and Charlotte closer together. She works many part-time jobs alongside her delivery duties and lives frugally in her private life. This is due to her saving up money in order to search for her long-missing elder twin sister that she was separated from when she was young.
