Chlust Moses

Chlust Moses was a researcher at the Principality of Zeon's Flanagan Institute. His research topic was different from other researchers at the institute: he sought to duplicate a Newtype's combat abilities using a computer, allowing even Oldtype soldiers to match them in combat.

As his research progressed, he became more and more fearful of the Newtypes, believing that their heightened combat ability was evidence that they were created to fight an enemy, that enemy being the Oldtypes. His views were outlined in his book "Do Humans Evolve Into EXAM". Though this theory was criticized by his peers at the Flanagan Institute, Moses gradually shifted his goal from developing a system that grants the power of a Newtype to developing a system to eradicate Newtypes - the EXAM System.
