Butler of the Kuze household. Katsuragi is outstanding both in looks and brains. However his past as well as his reason fortrying so hard to get Kuze a higher title remain a secret for almost everyone. The only person that knows about his past is Kiku.


It is revealed that Katsuragi is an illegitimate child of a very famous and beautiful geisha and Akihito's grandfather. Once he was born, not to shame the Kuze family, he was given to Katsuragi family. Tomoyuki's mother died shortly after. In his coversation with Akihito Katsuragi later sadly says that he's "no one's".
He is voiced by Hirakawa Daisuke in drama CD.
