She is a 'toxic', a tengu which uses the Zone-00 drug. She's one of Bishamon's attendants and she fights with Hotaru Kaze as her boss ordered to.
Hotaru insulted her saying she had fat legs, but in the end tells her that she has a pretty face. The fight ends without winners and days later the girl makes the guy find one of her feathers as a sign that they'll meet again when the full moon comes.
