Shidou Mizuki

A policeman in Sakuramachi. Also the de facto guardian of the twins Mina and Kana after their parents were tuned, and he picks them up to and from their kindergarten everyday. He was good friends with the parents of the twins and was there when they were born. He was classmates with Juri, Shiina and Nadeshiko.


Shinozuka is werewolf and implied that he is the strongest youkai in the town, but he is subconsciously suppressing his powers, possibly because of the incident that led to the parent of the twins being tuned.
